Once the initial 2 business-days processing and packaging phase is complete, the shipping process begins. Following this, we take an additional 2 to 3 business days to deliver your order at your doorstep.

At Meritropics, we believe in a transparent pricing model. We do not charge any shipping fees for deliveries within Singapore. The price displayed for each artwork or decorative item on our website is the final price you will pay.

We operate on a Cash on Delivery basis only. This means the full payment for your order is collected in person at your doorstep by the delivery personnel. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon arrival. Regarding cancellations, you may cancel your order at any time while the item is still with us.
However, once the product is dispatched and handed over to our logistics team, the delivery must be completed. We do not allow cancellations or redirects once the item is in transit.
