Meritropics operates exclusively within the borders of Singapore . We do not provide shipping, delivery, or services to locations outside of the Republic of Singapore. All transactions, logistics, and customer support activities are localized to ensure we meet the specific needs of our domestic audience.
By using this site, you confirm that you are located within Singapore and that the delivery address provided is a valid local Singaporean address.
We aim to provide a predictable schedule for every purchase. Once you place an order for an artwork or decorative piece, our team requires 2 business days for the internal steps of packaging and preparing the item for shipping.
Following this preparation phase, the actual transit and delivery take an additional 2 to 3 business days. So, our total delivery turnaround time is 4 to 5 business days. We work with local logistics partners to ensure your items arrive safely. Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Singapore.
We understand that plans can change. You have the right to cancel your order at any time while the product remains in our possession at our warehouse. However, once the item is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the cancellation window closes.
At that stage, no requests for order cancellations will be entertained. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please notify us immediately at contact@meritropics.com so we can stop the shipment.
To keep things simple for our Singaporean customers, Meritropics operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. We do not collect any digital payments or card information at the point of checkout on our website. You are required to provide the full payment at your doorstep when the delivery personnel arrive with your order.
We maintain a policy of transparency regarding costs: the price you see on the website is the final amount. There are no hidden charges, and we do not apply any shipping costs to your order.
We offer a 30-day return policy that begins on the date your item is delivered. This policy is specifically designed to address instances where a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory state, please email our team at contact@meritropics.com with the details. We will arrange a pickup from your location at no additional cost to you.
Once the returned item reaches our facility, our team conducts a thorough inspection of its condition, which takes 24 hours. Following this assessment, we will proceed with one of two paths. If the item is available, we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you. If the damage is beyond repair or the specific item is no longer available, we will facilitate a full refund of the amount paid during the initial delivery.
Because we operate through COD, we do not have your banking information on file. If a refund is approved after our inspection, we will contact you via email to request your bank details. Upon receiving these details, we initiate the refund via bank transfer.
Once processed on our end, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. The exact timing depends on the processing speeds of your specific banking provider. We do not charge any fees for restocking returned items.
We encourage our customers to be certain of their selection before finalizing a purchase. Meritropics does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests resulting from a change of mind.
Our return and refund framework is strictly reserved for damaged or incorrect items . By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is final unless the physical condition of the item upon arrival is faulty.
